IMPORTANT:
INDICATE ROTARY CLUB AFFLIATION
In reservation notes so clubs may be
seated together on the train.
(Example; Alamo Rotary, Walnut Creek Sunrise Rotary)

BOOKING: Full payment due at time of confirmation. Deadline for reservations is December 23, 2009.

PAYMENT: Personal check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Card number and name, expiration date, 3-digit security, billing street # and zip code required. After requesting space online a reservationist from Key Holidays will call you to confirm and obtain payment information.

CHANGES: Name changes (substitutions) are permitted. Monies are to be exchanged between Rotary members.

CANCELLATIONS: Made between December 24 – January 7, 2010 (unless refilled within Rotary members own club), will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made after January 7, 2010 unless refilled within Rotary members own club will be subject to 100% cancellation charge. No refund for no-shows or missed trains.

Key Holidays CANCELLATION WAIVER: Non applicable to Rotary Train.

NAME CHANGES: OK at any time.

We do not offer the option to make reservations online for January 24th Rotary Trip. However, we are happy to process your request online via our Reservation Request Form. Once you have reviewed the tour please use this form to make your reservation request. A reservation agent from Key Holidays will contact you in reference to your inquiry via telephone or email.
