INFORMATION:
Most tours
involve walking - at your own pace, and guests should be capable
of handling their own luggage. Luggage handling is not included.
RESPONSIBILITY -Key Holidays, 1141 Bont Lane,
Walnut Creek, CA 94596 and cooperating agents act only in the capacity
of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel
accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation whether
by railroad, motorbus, motor car, steamship, or plane, and
as such, they shall not be liable for any injury, personal
injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which
may be occasioned either by reason of any defect on vehicle,
adverse weather conditions, act of God, fire, or through the acts
or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger,
or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise
in connection there with. The right is also reserved to decline
to accept or retain any person as a member of any party at any
time or to cancel or alter any tour at any time. The National Railroad
Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is not to be held responsible for
any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not
on board their trains, or conveyance. The passenger contract between
the National Railroad Passenger Corporation(Amtrak) when issued
shall constitute the sole contract between the National Railroad
Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and purchaser of these tours and/or
passenger. All conditions noted above are subject to the laws of
the District of Columbia, U.S.A. All rates and features shown in
this folder are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change with
out notice.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS (Amtrak
Tour Packages)
Full payment is due after confirmation of reservations.
An administrative fee of $10 will be charged for any change after
confirmation. For cancellations received after documents are
mailed or within 21 days of departure, a fee of 25% will be charged.
No refund within 3 days of departure. Cancellation Waiver is
available and recommended. Unused tour services or features are
not refundable. Confirmation is subject to availability. Holiday
or group prices may apply. *Change & Cancellation penalties
are different for the Reno Fun Train and Reno Snow Train packages,
see below.
Yosemite Holidays Changes, Cancellations & Waiver
Without Key Holidays Cancellation: Waiver: 25% penalty from time
of booking up to 18 days prior to departure. 100% penalty within
18 days of departure. Absolutely no refund for no shows.
With Cancellation Waiver: From time of booking to 12 days prior
to departure, full refund minus cost of waiver. 100% penalty
within 12 days of departure. Absolutely no refund for no shows.
CANCELLATION WAIVER (Amtrak
Tour Packages)
Worried about having to cancel your tour? For
the slight additional amount of $10 per person ($5.00 per child),
all cancellation charges are waived. You may cancel your tour
at any time up to 48-hours before your departure for any reason
whatsoever! Simply advise Key Holidays that you wish to cancel
and return your travel documents. Cancellation Waiver can be
ordered anytime until final payment is made. It cannot be added
afterward. Without Cancellation Waiver, normal cancellation charges
listed in 'Changes & Cancellations'
will apply. Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure
or that are a "no show" will not be entitled to any
refund. All documents must be returned to Key Holidays' office
to receive a refund. * Fun Train and Snow Train cancellation
waivers are different, see below for details. This waiver is
not applicable to Yosemite Holiday Package, see above.
FUN TRAIN AND SNOW TRAIN CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS: From confirmation to 61 prior
to departure, $10 per person charge. From 60 to 15 days prior
to departure or after tickets have been sent, 25% charge. No
refund 14 days or less.
FUN TRAIN AND SNOW TRAIN CANCELLATION WAIVER
CANCELLATION WAIVER: Highly recommended. Waives
cancellation charge up to 48 hours before departure for full
refund. However, no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of departure
or for no-shows or missed trains. Cost is $9 per person (non-refundable).
Cannot be purchased after final payment is made. Non-transferable.
CRUISES & MORE CANCELLATIONS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
These vary depending on cruise line or tour
company. Information available at time of reservation or upon
request.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information gathered at time of booking
It is our policy to keep your personal information private.
We understand the importance of privacy to our customers. We
will not give or sell confidential or personal information about
our customers to any third party not affiliated with Key Holidays,
except as required by law. Only necessary information is given
to our venders (usually customer name and travel dates).
Information gathered when you visit our web site.
Our web server does collect general information about the visitors
of our site, such as number of visitors, length of visit, type
of browsers being used, etc. Key Holidays does not collect your
e-mail address or any other personal information while you are
at our site.

DISABILITY AND WHEELCHAIR NOTICE
Key Holidays must be advised of any disability
or wheelchair requirements at time of booking due to limited
availability of “mobility impairment” seats and possible
tour restrictions. Guests must bring their own wheelchair and
travel with someone who is able to assist them. |
